This editorial project centers on furniture objects featured in a magazine interview with a furniture designer. The layout highlights the silhouettes of the objects by interacting typography with the imagery. I emphasized outline shapes by cutting the background with type and wrapping the title around the top and bottom of the pages, echoing the circular form of a candle. The composition creates a sense of floating text while exploring the relationship between typography and furniture imagery.
